The average daily passenger traffic is roughly 35,000, producing an average of Rs 5.40 lakhs.

Nevertheless, once the running hours were extended, passengers totalled 2.40 lakhs in the first six days of February. Together, they generate Rs 38 lakhs in income. The daily average count was about 40,000, with a daily income of 6.33 lakhs. In addition, 1.73 lakh people rode the Vastrapur-Thaltej metro line.

The maximum fare is INR 25.

Token Refund: Only unused Smart Cards can be reimbursed after 30 minutes of being issued.

Baggage Limit: The traveller is allowed to bring 25 kilogrammes of luggage that cannot exceed the dimensions of 80 cm x 50 cm x 30 cm (length x width x height)
